Qualifications
- Experience writing Python
- Familiar with relational databases and SQL
- Some understanding of cancer genomics and molecular biology
- Experience with natural language processing is a plus
Education:
Students close to or recently completing BS, MS in Bioinformatics, CS, or a related field with some programming experience.
